As a result of these upgrades, the client saw transactions increase by 5,000 in the first full month of operation following renovations. Projected results for this 240-bed hospital are favourable: $1.2 Million in annual revenues with a 16% return on an initial investment of $190,000. In 2000, Julie Davis, Director of Foodservices at OTMH received the coveted HFM Spotlight on Innovation Award for Parsons Pantry.
