When it was constructed, Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville, Ontario, required assistance from Foodservices Planning Group to develop a space and operationally efficient patient and retail foodservice operation for the new hospital.

a Tray Assembly Centre with innovating cold tray assembly and centralized
rethermalization, including pre-portioning with plate trees and warewashing designed to be removed if trays can be received fully assembled. We even sourced fleece track suits for Cool Room staff!
