and president of Food Systems Consulting Inc., a national
foodservices management consulting firm. She is also president and
part owner of Path Support, which provides a variety of
organizations with software to support procurement, purchasing, and
information and communications systems.
Maclean provides innovative
management and creative service to numerous foodservice and retail
companies in Canada and the U.S.
She works with Canadian manufacturers
and hospitals to find and develop suitable products for the
healthcare market. Her experience includes clinical and
administrative dietetics, community nutrition, education, sales and
marketing, and also product development, product training and sales
development. She has written numerous articles and is a sought after
speaker.
