  • Liaise with clients.
  • Handle high volume of telephone requests, extensive screening of calls and  arrangement of appointments, schedules and meetings.  Assist in any private matters for the President and Vice-President as required.
  • Ensures the smooth running of the office and correct prioritization of job tasks.
  • Extensive preparation of confidential business correspondence and reports.
  • Respond to or redirect inquiries not requiring the President’s attention.
  • Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Arrange travel requirements for executives, when requested.
  • Maintain business bank accounts and payment of bills/invoices.
