While many hospitals are
turning over the management of their foodservice to outside
companies, a couple of Ontario institutions have decided to keep
doing it themselves. But they've changed the way they're doing
things to turn the cafeteria into a profit centre instead of an
expense. The photo here was taken in the renovated eating area
of the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.
